What Is Embodied Realignment?

This Is Not A Massage Or A Chiropractic Adjustment.

This Is Something Different.

Your body holds history—patterns, postures, and imprints from years of movement, injury, and emotion. Instead of treating symptoms, we trace pain back to its true source, guiding your body to unwind tension naturally.

Through a combination of deep tissue manipulation, structural movement, breathwork, and body awareness, Embodied Realignment Principles Restore balance in a way that lasts, To Finally Heal.

You’ll feel lighter, freer, and more connected to yourself.

About Jesse Tree Healing Arts

We don’t force the body into alignment—we help it rediscover its natural rhythm. Using a blend of intuitive movement, deep tissue work, and structural awareness, we identify the true sources of pain, often in unexpected places.

Your body holds a map shaped by your history and experiences both physical and emotional. Rather than forcing anything, we work with your body’s natural mechanics to release tension, restore balance, and create lasting relief.

Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, stress-related tension, or mobility issues, our approach helps you move and feel better—naturally.

Gentle movement therapy helping release tension and restore balance.

MEET JESSE WEAVER

He is a licensed massage therapist and certified in the Rolf Method of Structural Integration.

He has spent many years learning many other techniques and modalities by constantly seeking continuing education.

Rather than forcing adjustments, Jesse takes a mindful approach, guiding the body to naturally unwind and realign. By addressing the deeper patterns that contribute to pain and imbalance, he helps clients move more freely, feel lighter, and reconnect with their bodies in a way that fosters long-term healing.

Your Nervous System Holds the
Key to Healing

The nervous system controls everything from movement to perception. When we experience prolonged stress or trauma, our bodies adapt by creating new movement patterns to avoid the pain and discomfort we're experiencing. Over time, our brain changes our alignment to use these new movement patterns unconsciously creating tension in specific areas. Symptoms can manifest as back pain, joint stiffness, headaches, or even digestive issues.

Through Embodied Realignment, we help regulate the nervous system by bringing awareness to these patterns, allowing the body to release long-held tension naturally.

This isn’t about ‘fixing’ you—it’s about guiding your body back to its state of optimal balance.

KEY ELEMENTS

BODY MAPPING

Identifying movement patterns and where tension originates.

GUIDED MOVEMENT

Assisting the body to shift naturally, rather than forcing realignment.

DEEP STRUCTURAL RELEASE

Working through fascia, muscles, and joints with intuitive pressure.

POST-TREATMENT AWARENESS

Teaching clients how to move differently to maintain alignment.

How Stress & History Show Up in the Body

HIP & PELVIC TIGHTNESS

May stem from stored trauma, deep-seated emotions, or lifestyle habits. The hips serve as a foundation for movement and stability, but they also store stress and emotional tension.

Long hours of sitting, past injuries, or unresolved trauma can lead to tightness, discomfort, and reduced mobility.

Emotionally connected to such feelings as instability, fear, guilt, and physically through inefficient movement habits through training or injury.

The lower back supports much of our daily movement, and when we experience stress or insecurity—physically or emotionally

—the muscles in this area often contract as a protective mechanism.

LOWER BACK PAIN

Often linked to stress, emotional burdens, and the body's fight-or-flight response.

When we experience prolonged stress or anxiety, our shoulders instinctively rise, muscles tighten, and tension builds, leading to stiffness, headaches, and restricted movement.
